How can I record a KML file to upload?

I don't see any maps anywhere on the site.

  • The Google Maps API relies on Javascript, so your browser must have it enabled in order to submit or view any maps.

My submitted route isn't very accurate

  • In the description above the map where you submit the route, you'll read that the more you zoom into the route, the more accurate it will be. Also, the more points you put on the map, the more accurate as well. Although you don't need to put a thousand points along a straight line. They really mainly help at each turn or change in direction.

My route isn't submitting properly

  • It's possible that if your markers aren't set very accurately (see above) then Google Maps won't be able to calculate a proper route. This often happens when a marker isn't set right on a road.

I made a mistake. Can I modify my submitted route?

  • This functionality is currently in development. Hopefully it will be implemented soon.

Submitting a map doesn't work with Google Chrome

  • Issue resolved.
